I’m starting to see real movement again — and the data backs it up.
Pending home sales just hit their highest level in nearly three years, which tells us buyer confidence is coming back. Contracts are up month-over-month and year-over-year across every major region of the country.
Pending sales matter because they’re the canary in the coal mine. What’s going under contract now is what we’ll see closing next.
