After many rewarding years of practicing law, I have decided to retire effective July 31, 2026. As a result, Flammia Elder Law Firm will be closing its operations as of that date. It has been my privilege to represent you, and I sincerely appreciate the trust and confidence you have placed in me throughout our professional relationship.

I am pleased to inform you that Attorney Stacey Schwartz Perez, who has worked closely with me for eight years and is familiar with many of our clients and matters, will be joining Rumberger Kirk as of August 3, 2026. You can continue your relationship with Stacey by contacting her there.
