My signs are small and simple, but they are getting noticed !
I had a guy pull up next to me in a parking lot today and ask about my business. He Is a local wholesaler who says he gets a lot of houses under contract in my area.
We exchanged contact info. He asked about the properties I’m looking for. I explained that I need the contract direct to seller.
He said he could would be calling me with leads.
I feel very excited about the prospect of having someone local to work with me! 🤞

Can I advertise my business on Facebook marketplace ?
