📲 813-784-5968 In 2016 I started serving as the Branch Manager for our Winter Haven location, opened the new Lake Wales location in 2019, and accepted the role of Manager for our Lakeland location as well. In addition to my professional role, I am honored to serve as the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Lake Alfred, a voluntary position I have held since 2021. Our Polk County Coldwell Banker Realty offices are consistently among the leading offices in their respective markets. We provide comprehensive residential and commercial real estate services, including vacant land, mobile homes, new construction, existing homes, large and small commercial properties, investments, and property management. Whether buying or selling, our team is prepared to meet all of your real estate needs. As the son of a retired USMC Colonel, I grew up relocating frequently before settling in the Greater Tampa Bay area in 1985. I have been with Coldwell Banker my entire career since 1997, earning Rookie of the Year that same year and achieving multi‑million‑dollar producer status from 1998 to 2016. I transitioned into management in 2016. If you are a customer seeking real estate guidance, please feel free to contact me at any time. I am supported by a dedicated team of professionals eager to show you why Coldwell Banker is the #1 real estate company in Florida and the United States. If you are a real estate professional considering a career move, I welcome the opportunity to meet confidentially. I offer one‑on‑one coaching, company‑provided training, a productive work environment, and state‑of‑the‑art marketing tools—all included for our agents.
