The problem?

Its almost never accurate information you are reading! Zillow is a company that sells leads to real estate agents. That is the only way they make money. That means they only want one thing from you as a seller or buyer, for you give them your personal info. Once you do this, you will have hundreds of annoying calls from agents who pay them upwards of $1000 a month to get your info!

The only real way to get an accurate market analysis is to call a trusted agent in your location and they will take the time to research your home. Zillow does not do the work an agent does and often values are higher then what they should be.

If you are a buyer you will find homes you LOVE, only to find out they were sold months ago and never updated in Zillow's system. Save yourself time and a headache and call a local agent who can give you accurate results.
