It is so important for entrepreneurs to have a strategy in place to protect their passion with contracts and physical and cybersecurity (trade secrets), copyrights, design patents, trademarks and trade dress, and utility patents in all countries that are in their addressable market and to assign all of this intellectual property to an entity (usually a C corporation in Delaware).
