We are now accepting drop-offs for your 2025 tax returns.

There is a two-page questionnaire that must be completed. Please contact our administrative assistant, Ridge, and he will email the forms to you. Otherwise, you can complete them in our office at the time of drop-off.

⭐️New Clients⭐️:
Please bring your driver’s license or ID and your last two years of tax returns.

If you have any questions or would like to schedule an in-person appointment, call us at 978-297-0538.

Office hours:
Monday–Friday: 9am–7pm
Saturday: 9am–1pm
Weekends by appointment

Important: Tax returns dropped off or appointments scheduled after April 1st cannot be guaranteed to meet the April 15th deadline. In these cases, we can file an extension on your behalf.

•IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CLIENTS:

Covid 19 cases are on the rise in MA again and we at Toy Town Tax Service want to keep our clients and employees safe. So that we can continue to stay open and work for you, we have certain precautions put in place to do so and we ask that you also do your part.

YES...WE ARE OPEN!
BUT OUR LOBBY IS CLOSED.

and will remain this way through the upcoming tax season, unless we post otherwise.
Follow us here for any further updates!

We ask that you please do all business with us through e-mail, phone appointments, drop-offs & Pick-ups.

**Please contact us if you feel you need further assistance beyond this and we will do our very best to try and accommodate you.

•TO PICK-UP YOUR TAXES OR PAPERWORK:

call our office ahead of time to let us know when you’re coming and we will have all your paperwork ready for that time.
When you arrive just let us know you’re parked out front and someone will bring your paperwork right out to you.
*We ask that you please wear a mask and if you have to sign, please have a pen and be prepared to do so.

•TO DROP-OFF PAYMENTS OR PAPERWORK:

Please put all your paperwork in an envelope with your name and phone number written on the front and use our mail slot on the front door. If for some reason your item won’t fit through the mail slot, please contact the office to leave the package in our vestibule.

•MAKING APPOINTMENTS:

We are booking telephone appointments as well! Please call the office at 978-297-0538 to inquire on this.

Our main goal is to keep our clients safe and keep our office and employees healthy & available so we can remain open for all of your accounting needs!

A note to our valued clients: We ask that if you or any family or household members are showing signs of illness,(fever, cough etc.,) that you please call the office to reschedule your appointment.
