The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing affidavits, legal correspondence and other documents for attorneys.
• Organizing and maintaining documents in an electronic filing system.
• Filing pleadings with the court and serving parties to a case.
• Helping prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and assisting with other trial preparation tasks, as needed.
• Assist attorneys in preparation of briefs, pleadings, appeals, and other legal documents.
• Researching public records and other resources to prepare cases.
• Directing and coordinating law office activity.
Applicants for this position will need to have the following qualifications:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Adobe.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual is a PLUS!

Office Hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Salary DOE and benefits available following customary waiting periods.
