🏡 CLOSED & WELCOME HOME! 🔑🎉

A HUGE congratulations to my buyer, Brandon Bryant, on the closing of his beautiful brand-new home in Bucklin Subdivision in Elm City!

This closing is an extra special one for me. I’ve known Brandon for 20 years, so the fact that he trusted me to walk alongside him through this process—from start to finish—is something I will never take lightly. Relationships like this are one of the greatest gifts of this career. 🤍

One of the best parts of building a new construction home is getting to pick out every. single. detail. And when you’re doing that, it definitely helps to have a local REALTOR® who can pop in from time to time and make sure all of her slightly OCD ways are being met. 😂🙋🏼‍♀️

KMG Construction Inc. did an incredible job bringing Brandon’s vision to life. The finished home is absolutely beautiful, and I could not be more excited for him as he begins this next chapter!

And, of course, it takes a great team to get us to the closing table! A huge shoutout to Braxton Greene with Integrity Mortgage for taking care of the financing and Caleb Varnell with Varnell Law for handling the closing. I’m always grateful to work alongside people I know will take great care of my clients!
