Here's something I think is really weird and I've only experienced it in Wilmington, North Carolina. I've been contacted by hundreds of real estate brokers on LinkedIn that want to follow me.


The weird thing is when I contact them, offering a pay raise over what they are currently earning, they contact me back and tell me to stop soliciting them. It's really strange in my opinion for someone to have such bad reactions over an instant pay raise.


With that, all said good luck to everyone that is still running an old-fashioned real estate business where you count on your company to bring your business. Folks the business Trend changed 15 years ago, get with the Trend or you will be left behind.
