The official dates are LIVE! The UpScale ReSale & Design Challenge returns April 24–25, 2026, and I’m so honored to be part of it once again. πŸ›‹οΈπŸŒΏ

I’ve participated in this event for years now, and last year I was grateful to take home the winning design πŸ†, but what keeps me coming back is the purpose behind it.

This year, I had the chance to share my heart for this project in Real Producers Magazine, where they featured my involvement and passion for helping bring this mission to life. That story still means so much to me, because this work is more than creative design, it’s impact-driven.

The UpScale ReSale brings together local designers to transform donated ReStore items into beautiful, upcycled vignettes, and every piece is available for purchase.

Even better? Every ticket, sponsorship, and sale supports Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity’s mission to build affordable housing right here in our community. πŸ‘πŸ’›

Since 2014, this event has welcomed 6,000+ attendees, 40+ designers, and raised $160,000+ to help families in New Hanover, Pender, and Duplin counties become homeowners.
