Secretarial Position Available:
Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A CONFIDENTIAL SETTING
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering Phones
Greeting Clients
Scheduling Appointments
Typing - preparing Court documents
Filing
Requirements:
1 year minimum in similar position
Strong time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail a must
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Insurance available
