CRISIS stands for Circumstances Require an Immediate Shift in Strategy.
We're building CRISIS Properties around a simple question:
What does this community actually need?
Sometimes the answer is housing. Sometimes it's infrastructure, food access, commercial opportunity, recreation, or finding a productive new use for underutilized property.
Our role is to identify those needs, evaluate the real estate opportunity, and determine whether the right combination of land, partners, resources, and capital can turn an idea into a financially sustainable development.

We call this Community Needs Development.
