My name is Donna Neely I have over 10 years experience in taxes and bookkeeping . I can set up corporations and non-profits and other business's . I keep up with continuing education with the IRS and I also hold business insurance . I do payroll and all 941 and TWC reports and any other reports that go along with a business. These are my hours now there maybe times they may differ and may have to close for some reason. I only work Monday through Friday when it’s not tax season . After I close I don’t answer calls or business text or emails tell the next business time. Not trying to be rude but this is my schedule.

Something has been heavy on my mind because I have seen this to many times this tax season don’t get me wrong I see some every season but this season it’s been the most. I have ran into questions after I have seen some prior tax returns from people why was I not told this the simple answer I give you should have been. You have a right to ask any question about your taxes to the one that prepares it. I don’t care if it’s a CPA or and Enrolled Agent or a Registered Tax Preparer you are paying that person it’s your right to ask questions I Recommend it. Things change from year to year you may have made more and you need to change your W4 to help adjust things or a child is going to college or your a 1099 person. I have seen returns that make me sick to my stomach seeing what someone has done to a person. I have young people thinking it’s great to get a 1099 but have no clue how to handle it have no clue how to keep up with work deductions because no one told them. I set all down an explain no matter if W2 or a 1099 or if they have a Corporation or an S Corp or a Partnership there are things to help. So I telling you just because they have those little letters behind there name does not make them right and there to help you. Stand up ask those questions if they don’t want to answer them you might want to ask why are they not answering me do they know or am I just a dollar sign to them. Or at the end of the day do they care about me as a client or are they planning there next vacation or what they can buy after they finished your taxes up. I’m going to tell you I’m still learning every day things Change nonstop if I don’t know right at that point I’m going to go look for my clients. I don’t get rich off my clients but I know when I lay my head down at night I didn’t put them in harms way . I’m not going to get you that crazy refund or make you think unrealistic things it will be right you might owe but we can figure out to maybe not owe next time or as much. So please again don’t stand back an let anyone mess your life up by not asking those important questions. I love my job and enjoy helping my clients because every one is important .

As we know the end of tax season is coming upon us they only way I will file anyone an extension this year is if you reach out to me I will not just do it like I have in the past plus to those that have reached out to me in the past to file you one but went somewhere else to file I will not be doing that this year. I have worked hard to do these and when you go somewhere else which that’s your right but I lose income . So if that other person files your taxes they can file the extension. So please if you need one and I will be doing your taxes please reach out to me this does not mean we have to wait tell the deadline we can file as soon as your ready. Thank you have a blessed day.

Well I was not going to say anything but after several questions asking if I’m still in business I feel I need to say something. I have been asked texted and emailed hey are you still in business doing taxes and books I”m like yes and why are you asking I get this question and I say whom said this I heard this . So I’m going to set it straight Yes I’m still in business I work every day I help many I have not stopped an the big C didn’t get me I worked through that I kept going . So to all yes I’m here I’m working I’m doing my job . I’m here to take care of my folks . So to ever is saying this I’m going to tell you if you want my business stop being a chicken s**t work for it. But do understand if cancer didn’t get me your not I’m not going to stand by an allow this. I work all year long not just durning tax season I’m here when you go on vacation I’m here . So to all my clients or new folks if you need a tax person or a bookkeeper or both or something else reach out to me I’m here I’m ready to work please don’t listen to someone that doesn’t know me or the truth so please share let the world know I’m here and I’m not going anywhere. With this weather looking like it is I will most likely not be in office. Before anyone says anything your office is behind your house yes it is but with the Ice on the porch and the temperature I just need it to be a little warmer so my heat is not working over time. Stay warm and safe.
