Because of that I will be at the East Aurora Library on Saturday, July 13th at 10:00 am and the Lakeshore Library at 12:00 pm for a Home Buying/Selling Seminar.

We will cover getting pre-approved, documents you need, income/assets, what’s your credit score, debt to income ratio, documents needed, and other helpful tips and hints.

We will also have a real estate agent, mortgage originator and home inspector there to provide professional insight and answer all your questions.
