It is with great sorrow and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our senior partner, Richard J. Callahan. After a career spanning nearly fifty years we know that we do not mourn his loss alone. While our Bar may now be diminished by Dick’s death and absence, we know that we are each a little bit better for having been colleagues and friends during his life. His zealous advocacy, fierceness, and hunger for a good argument truly support what we already knew: he was a Titan among mere women and men. He will be truly missed, and our thoughts and support are with his wife Janet, his son RJ, his grandsons Chase, Connor, and Cooper who were his life, and his entire family.

REVERSED AND REMANDED!

A good day for another happy client of Callahan Lovecchio Law. On appeal, the Superior Court reversed and remanded the decision of the trial court denying our client even the ability to begin to fight for custody of her grandchild. Now, because of the diligent and hard work our office puts in to every case, our client can at least plead her case to the court that her receiving at least some custody of her granddaughter is in the child’s best interest.
