Things that drive buyers and their agent crazy:

*Sellers who make it difficult to schedule showings. Figure out what to do with Fido. Keep your schedule clear. Have a basket to throw clutter in at the last minute.

*Claiming the listing has a view, but then not having a photo representation of stated view.

*Pictures that don’t flow with the floorplan. Sure, the lead photo might highlight the gorgeous pool, but then the sequence of pics after that has to help the buyer understand how they get from the pantry with snacks to the living room for movie night.

Sometimes, the buyer clients you meet have done all their decision-making before they even tour a listing.

For my clients, relocating to Williamsburg means less house to take care of, family nearby and the wonderful amenities of Colonial Heritage to support their lifestyle.

So, on the first day we met, they found the house they’d make their own. It was a whirlwind of activity, but we were even able to close a week earlier than planned!
