Sometimes, the buyer clients you meet have done all their decision-making before they even tour a listing.

For my clients, relocating to Williamsburg means less house to take care of, family nearby and the wonderful amenities of Colonial Heritage to support their lifestyle.

So, on the first day we met, they found the house they’d make their own. It was a whirlwind of activity, but we were even able to close a week earlier than planned!

From the first phone call to the closing table, it was a joy to work with them! Welcome home!
