What we will discuss when setting your appointment

1. Will everyone who needs their signature notarized be present? WITNESSES INCLUDED. I CAN PROVIDE WITNESSES FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
2. Does the client have all necessary documents ready for the notarization? HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS PRINTED AND READY TO BE SIGNED UPON ARRIVAL. I CAN ALSO PRINT DOCUMENTS BEFORE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ADDITIONAL PRIN

T FEE.

3. Do all signers have acceptable ID? ALL PERSONS SIGNING MUST HAVE VALID ID.
4. Does the client agree to all your payment terms? PAYMENT ACCEPTED A NUMBER OF WAYS SUCH AS: CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, CASHAPP. CHECKS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FROM BUSINESSES UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON. PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE IS A NOTARIZATION FEE AND A TRAVEL FEE THAT YOU WILL BE QUOTED. IF FOR SOME REASON THE DOCUMENTS CAN NOT BE EXECUTED AFTER MY ARRIVAL YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRAVEL FEE.

U.S. passport issued by the U.S. Department of State

U.S. military ID

State, county and local government IDs


Be sure when we meet to have your documents notarized that you have one of the above forms of identification.
