Our firm was founded by Attorney Robert Panowicz in 1977, shortly after graduating from Temple Law School, with Honors. The firm began as a general solo practice focusing on Family Law and Criminal Defense. Shortly thereafter, Attorney Panowicz branched out into a wide variety of practice areas, holding numerous positions as solicitor for various public entities and serving as Conflict Counsel for
the Luzerne County Public Defender. He further branched out into the area of Personal Injury Litigation, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants, and his firm grew in both size and reputation. Today, Attorney Panowicz is one of the most respected trial attorneys in the Northeast corner of the state. He has earned favorable verdicts for his clients in a wide variety of cases, both criminal and civil, as well as success before all levels of state appellate courts. The firm has proudly been home to a number of diligent and knowledgeable attorneys over the years. Attorney Panowicz is joined by Managing Partner, Attorney William Cech, and Associates, Attorney Joseph Thomas and Attorney Leanna Blazosek.
