Our clients who are 65 or older or meet the other qualifications may benefit from the expansion of the Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate program for 2024. The maximum income to qualify for a rebate will increase to $45,000, and the amount of the rebate will go up too.

If you do qualify for a rebate under current law, make sure to file your 2023 rebate request. If your income is too high to qualify this year, make sure to follow up in 2024 to see if you will be eligible then.
