Tip Tuesday - Two sides to every coin

I wanted to give you a Tuesday Tip about COVID-19. I’ve talked with quite a few of our coaching students about this. One of the things – there’s two sides to every coin. It’s kind of a perspective to where we focus. Knowing that roughly 95-98% of the people are beating the virus – that’s what I’d really like to focus on. I know it’s horrific that people are dying from this…and I’m not taking that for granted. Our focus often gets swayed when we have fear. I just wanted to remind you there’s two sides to every coin. I hope you are doing well. I know this is a trying time for our country and our world - there's a lot of uncertainties and a lot of fear. I pray for all of you and for our leaders, healthcare workers and our doctors that as time goes on people will be healed and this virus will be under control.

In the meantime, with the uncertainty, I wanted to let you know we are here for you if you need us. We are still buying houses. Tip Tuesday - Prospecting

First off - I miss you guys! I miss seeing people! I hope you guys are safe out there!

I don't know if you are like me and my family, but we have become very proficient in taking walks! For your tip today for investors and agents - when you are walking or driving - you don't even have to get out of the car - check for houses that need work and write down the address and send then a handwritten note or a mailer. It's one more way to do prospecting at this time!
