Client Care Coordinator
Do you love hosting guests, anticipating their needs, and making sure everyone has a great time? We are a close-knit law firm looking for our next key team member. This will be a faced-paced work environment where customer service, communication skills, a strong desire to help, and a big smile will be key.
Primary job duties include:
1. Welcoming clients into the office, showing them to the conference room, making sure they are comfortable and everything is ready to go for the attorney to meet with the client.
2. Answering phones, scheduling meetings, assisting with administrative tasks like filing (physical files, electronic, and with the various courts), recording deeds in the public records, sorting and sending mail, ordering office supplies, etc.
3. Preparing files for meetings, including printing and sorting of documents to be signed by clients, scanning documents after client meetings, binding client documents for permanent storage, etc.
4. Whatever else comes up! We are a small team, and we all jump in as needed.
