I'm excited to share that I am close to completing an advanced seniors real estate course to enhance my ability to assist mature home buyers and sellers in our community. My dedication to serving seniors stems from both personal and professional experiences, particularly in navigating the complexities of downsizing and relocation.

My first educational milestones were completing parts one and two of the classroom requirements for the Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) designation awarded by the Seniors Real Estate Institute in Austin, Texas. While there are additional steps to qualify for the designation, I'm confident that with my friends and family's support, I'll accomplish these tasks in the coming weeks.

It's important to note that CSHPs adhere to highest standards of professionalism, service, and expertise in serving older adult clients and families. To fully qualify, I must establish a comprehensive network of qualified aging services professionals and deepen my understanding of the emotional challenges faced by seniors during late-life moves.

If you or someone you know has experience with such moves, I kindly ask for a BIG favor – connect me with individuals who either know key professionals working well with seniors or are willing to share their personal experiences with late-life moves. The more insights and resources I gather, the better I can serve older adult clients and their families in my real estate practice.
