There’s something extra special about listing a home in your own neighborhood. 💙 When your neighbors trust you with one of their biggest assets, it truly means the world.

The support from the neighbors and the sellers’ family was 🩷tremendous 🩷especially while the sellers were out of state. Teamwork like that makes all the difference.

Listing this home right before Christmas and getting it under contract by mid-January was a huge win, and I’m so grateful to everyone who played a part in making it happen. This is why I love what I do. 💙

There's approx 2400 Realtors in our area. I feel incredibly grateful to be amongst those at the top. I count my blessing everyday that I chose a career that I love and for the people who put their trust in me.

News you can use! Buyers are slower to react but activity is actually up. Days on the market now into the 40s. My best advice for sellers is to not over price your home. Buyers have a little more leverage because listings are up 22%
