The Milby Law Sucks Victim Legal Defense Fund will be the go-to resource for anyone who has suffered because of poor legal advice, unethical behavior and abuse of court process. We help with counseling services, attorney and settlement service referrals and actual costs of legal defense against any lawsuit or debt collection that has gone on too long and is simply abusive, unethical or even criminal in nature. We are all volunteers. The more we reach out to, the more horror stories we hear. For many, it may be too late to stop the pain and suffering – but you can donate and help someone else get some much needed help. Sometimes the best revenge is karma when those wronged by Dana Milby Law Office in Wichita Ks band together and join forces to expose a pattern in practice of questionable, unethical and possibly illegal practices. We will help investigate, track and expose any harassment, fraud, abuse or lies to the court, improper service and improperly filed lawsuits.
