I wanted to give everyone notice that roofing contractors will be coming out to inspect, measure, and replace roofs as needed. Some properties have already been evaluated, others are currently being scheduled, and this process will continue moving forward. My contractor works very quickly, and we are making every effort to complete roof replacements before any additional severe weather occurs.
In addition, insurance adjusters will be conducting property inspections as part of the requirements for our new insurance policy. To help ensure these inspections go smoothly, all homeowners are expected to keep their properties clean, well-maintained, and in good condition.
If you prefer not to participate in this process, you will need to make arrangements to obtain your own homeowners insurance coverage for your property.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to maintain adequate insurance coverage for everyone.
‼️‼️‼️‼️PLEASE NOTE: If any inspector or contractor is denied access to the property or asked to leave before completing their inspection or work, they will not be reassigned or sent back to the property. In such cases, you will be solely responsible for securing your own contractor to complete any required repairs and for any associated costs or coverage implications.‼️‼️‼️‼️
