The Law Office of Ashley N. Sturgell has relocated as of today to 206 Main Street in Whitesburg (beside Collins Florist). The new office number going forward is (606) 633-4467. I have updated this information on the “About” section of this page for your convenience.

Further, the office will be closed the remainder of the week for the 4th of July holiday, and will reopen on Monday, July 7th. Thank you, and have a happy and safe Independence Day.

Clients, as many of you know my office was one of many structures hit in the devastating flooding that occurred in Letcher County. Thankfully, the damage was much less severe than I anticipated, but many were not so fortunate. My phone line is currently out, and obviously my Whitesburg office is not functional at this time. I have temporarily relocated all files and equipment to my office in Pikeville, Kentucky pending clean up and am in the process of getting everything sorted out on that end. Please bear with me as I navigate this process along with so many others. I will do my best to respond to all messages as quickly as I can. Thank you and please continue to keep the people of Letcher and all surrounding counties that were hit with this tragedy in your thoughts and prayers.
