As the Defendant's lawyer in this case and being the one who handled the trial on his behalf, this is a solid article on what occurred during the trial that took place 8/6 through 8/9...

As it turned out, the Trooper was also intimately involed in the 2 remaining charges as well but that didn't come out until 8/8 when his name was finally revealed for the first time following direction from the Judge. This case was pending since 2022 and never being provided this information is a whole separate legal issue on top of it all so still more work to do...

Now that his name is finally out there, I hope other lawyers/law firms/agencies investigate their files to address the real potential of other cases that may be tainted by the actions leading to the federal investigation...
