FYI: Gov. Cuomo just signed Executive Order 202.7, which allows for virtual notarization during this health crisis. This is a crucial Order, because it enables people in a nursing home or assisted living facility, where visitors are now barred, to execute documents while the notary/attorney witnesses it remotely. Thanks to the NYSBA Elder Law and Special Needs Section and Gov. Cuomo for getting this done!
