It was a special evening at the Westchester County Bar Association’s 126th Annual Gala.

The firm was proud to celebrate Partner Brian Cohen as he concluded his term as President of the WCBA after a year marked by significant initiatives focused on community, professionalism, attorney wellbeing, strategic planning, and collaboration across the bar.

The firm was also proud to see partner Brian Belowich sworn in as a member of the WCBA Executive Committee, and partner Jim Landau, Immediate Past President of the Association, participate in the evening’s program.

Congratulations again to the evening’s distinguished honorees, Westchester County Attorney John Nonna and Administrative Judge Hon. Anne Minihan — exceptional leaders, role models, and public servants whose recognition was incredibly well deserved.

And congratulations to Hon. Karen Beltran on being sworn in as President of the WCBA. We know the Association is in excellent hands.

We are grateful to be part of such a strong and engaged legal community.

Our team is proud to support Feeding Westchester, an incredible organization dedicated to nourishing our neighbors and fighting hunger throughout the community. On Friday, partners Brian Belowich and Jim Landau joined friends and colleagues from the Westchester County Bar Association for a meaningful morning of volunteering—sorting and packing food items for those in need.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and stand with others in the legal community to make a difference.

We are proud to share that our Partner, Brian Cohen, delivered the keynote address at this year’s Yom HaShoah Commemoration at the Rockland County Courthouse.

The program drew hundreds of attendees from across the bench, bar, and broader community, coming together to reflect on the enduring lessons of the Holocaust and their relevance today.

Brian emphasized the importance of truth and the rule of law in safeguarding a just society, and the responsibility we share to defend both.

The event underscored the need for vigilance, the preservation of truth, and the vital role of legal institutions in protecting fundamental rights.

We are honored to have Brian represent our firm at such a meaningful and important program.

A short clip of Brian’s speech can be viewed in the attached article.

We’re proud to share that our Partner, Brian Cohen, will be the keynote speaker at this year’s Yom HaShoah program at the Rockland County Courthouse.

Hosted by the Holocaust Museum & Center for Tolerance and Education in partnership with the Justice Brandeis Law Society, the program brings together the legal community to reflect on the lessons of history, and their relevance today.

Brian’s keynote, “The Truth Matters: The Truth, the Whole Truth, and Nothing but the Truth,” will focus on a question that sits at the heart of both remembrance and the legal profession: what happens when truth is ignored, distorted, or abandoned, and what responsibility we bear to defend it.

At a time when those lessons feel especially urgent, we are honored to have Brian represent our firm at this important program.
