We are excited to announce our 5th Anniversary and celebrate all we have accomplished. As we plan more wonderful music in the future, we are launching our 5th Anniversary fundraising campaign!

We will honor the actual birthday of the Jazz Forum on June 9, but we are starting early in recognition of the one-year anniversary of reopening the club after being closed for 15 months. We’re so happy to be here for all of you.
