Marino Partners Represents Citrin Cooperman in the Formation of Apexium Financial LP®
WHITE PLAINS, New York, July 2016 – Marino Partners LLP, a financial services and corporate law firm, represented Citrin Cooperman Financial Advisors, L.P., in the structuring and formation of a new independent Registered Investment Advisory firm, Apexium Financial LP® (“Apexium”). Apexium brings together the forces of Citrin Cooperman Wealth Management, LP (“CCWM”) and Capstone Wealth Management LLC® (“Capstone”). Capstone was an independently owned and operated wealth management firm located in Manhattan, New York. CCWM has offices in Manhattan, NY; White Plains, NY; Norwalk, CT; Livingston, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; and Bethesda, MD. Apexium, will manage over $550,000,000 in client assets. Apexium will offer private wealth management, investment advisory services, and estate, business, and personal financial planning. Insurance products and solutions will be offered through an affiliated entity, Apexium Insurance LP. Apexium’s primary offices are located in Manhattan, NY; White Plains, NY; and Philadelphia, PA. Apexium and CCWM, which remains an ongoing concern, are affiliated with the accounting firm of Citrin Cooperman.
