We’re excited to highlight the outstanding work of our very own attorney Eric Haught, who delivered an engaging presentation at yesterday’s American Inns of Court meeting.
The topic: “Combat & The Law – A Brief History of Mutually Agreed Violence in Western Jurisprudence.”
In his thought-provoking talk, Eric delved into the fascinating history of trial by combat and dueling in early America, exploring how these once-accepted practices of resolving disputes ultimately paved the way for today’s legal system.
It was an insightful discussion on the evolution of law, and we couldn’t be more proud of Eric’s contribution to the conversation!
