Congrats to Deep and Swati on finding the perfect place to call “home!” Making the move from Texas to Illinois, they quickly learned everything really is bigger in Texas. 🤠 Illinois’ version of a “ranch” home does not come with hundreds of acres of cattle..it just means a single-story house 😋 After dialing in on their top school districts, they decided to settle on Vernon Hills. We found a gorgeous 2-story home that they can settle into and make their own over years to come. So great getting to know you both. Cheers!!

I decided to organize my first neighborhood garage sale 🏡🧾📍Follow all the green signs and balloons and save the map to know where to stop. 🎈LOTS OF CLOTHES, FURNITURE, HOUSEWARES, TOYS, AND MORE! Over 25 homes participating! We’ve gotten word that other nearby communities also have sales going on this weekend. We moved to Oakhurst in Feb 2020, 1 month before things shut down so we didn’t get to know our community very well for a while. It’s been great finally meeting neighbors this summer. So many homeowners have lived her for 20 years+ and we know exactly why! They love the area just as much as we do.

Congrats to Annette and Brian for selling and purchasing their new home with record timing! “Have faith that things will work out, maybe not how you planned but how it’s meant to be…” ~ these two are the embodiment of this quote! Annette owns Passionette Palate, healing people through nutritious and tasty food. Brian has started Freedom Foodscapes, a company that designs and installs edible landscaping. What’s magical is that we didn’t even know the beautiful house already had it’s own food forest - full of raspberries, mulberries, plum trees, pear trees!
