What a day at 4030 Wares Ferry Road!

Thank you so much to everyone who shared my open house post. Your shares made a difference because we had steady traffic for an hour and 45 minutes, including four couples touring the home at the same time!

I was not looking forward to hosting another open house. My last few have been flops, with only one or two visitors during the entire event. Today was a completely different story. We had wonderful traffic, some promising prospects, and plenty of great conversations.

I am utterly exhausted, but also incredibly grateful. Thank you again to everyone who helped spread the word!

Behind the scenes...

I've been a little quieter on social media lately because I'm deep in the process of deciding what stays, what goes, and what gets replaced for next school year. Four kids means lots of opinions, lots of research, and apparently a dozen browser tabs open at all times.

Between homeschooling, helping my real estate clients, and second-guessing every curriculum decision (because if there's a better option, I want to find it), life has been full.

Whether I'm helping a family choose the right home or choosing the right curriculum for my own kids, I'm a big believer that good decisions come from doing the homework.

Are you a "research every possible option" person, or do you make a decision and move on?
