In order to encourage people to take care of their estate documents, I am offering $100 off my normal fee of $750 for the creation of a Will, Durable Power of Attorney and Living Will for one person, and $150 off my normal fee of $1,000 for the creation of those documents for a couple. We are able to complete the entire process virtually. I have personally seen the impact that not having a Will has on families during the grieving process.
