Selling and buying is never easy. Grecia and Nico know this well: while they were waiting for the arrival of their second baby, they were also searching for a warm home filled with life to begin a new chapter.

On the very same day Milan was born 🍼✨, they received the news at the hospital that their offer had been accepted, a double joy that marked a unique beginning for the family.

From there, another big task began: putting their home on the market, coordinating the move, and doing it all with two little ones. It wasn’t easy, but with determination and the certainty that everything would work out, they made it happen.

The story comes full circle with an even more special detail: the home they left behind became the dream come true for one of our clients, a young couple just starting their journey. 🏡
