Out and about today dropping off Weston Edit Kits to everyone who’s signed up so far… and honestly, it’s just such a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do.

What a fun night at Gold Coast Connect at ✨

I was there sharing a little about how Mahjong is so much more than a game… it creates community, brings people together, sparks friendships, and can even be a vehicle for giving back. That part means a lot to me.

The room was buzzing, the energy was wonderful, and it was such a joy connecting with so many people.

Grateful to for always creating such a thoughtful evening, to for hosting beautifully (and yes… still the best Manhattan 🍸), and so lovely seeing too 💗

Nights like this remind me how much happens when people simply gather around a table.

Closing Day, making it personal 🎈

This one was a journey. So many moving parts, a lot to navigate, and a lot to think through together. And that’s exactly how we got it done.

Every client is different. Some love a traditional closing gift, some don’t want a single extra “thing” in their home. For these clients, celebrating over a beautiful dinner felt right. Thoughtful, intentional, and exactly their style.

That’s really what The Sperry Strategy is about. Understanding where my clients are, where they want to go, and then doing the work to get them there in a way that actually fits their lives.

Bank appraisal weekend 🏡❄️ Quick behind-the-scenes moment.

When a bank appraiser comes out, they’re there on behalf of the lender to confirm value. They review the home’s layout, room count, condition, updates, and overall marketability, along with comparable sales. The visit itself is usually efficient, with timing depending on the size and complexity of the property.

After that, the appraisal report is completed and delivered to the lender, which allows the buyer to move toward final mortgage approval and lock terms. From the seller’s side, this is a meaningful milestone because it brings us closer to clearing the mortgage contingency and keeping everything moving toward closing.

Just a beautiful February weekend here in Westport Ct… Mother nature was decorating! Snow that looks like vanilla buttercream frosting everywhere… I couldn’t love it more 🤍❄️🤍❄️
