A Coronavirus Update to our clients and Realtor partners: Our office presently has the ability to work 100% remotely and we remain here to represent both you and your clients, no matter what the coming weeks may present.

In addition, there are contract changes that we feel are likely necessary to address unknown delays and changing circumstances occurring as both State and Federal regulations and guidelines rapidly change. We are prepared to make those changes and work with you through the settlement process in this challenging environment. Our office will work out arrangements to pre-sign documents or close with a power of attorney, when necessary and all in an effort to keep you safe and certain in this challenging environment.
