Sbertoli Law Office I've been practicing law since 1981. My focus in on financial problems, primarily consumer oriented but I do also work with troubled businesses.

I am "hands on" and deal directly with my clients. You do not get passed off to staff or an outside associate. If I can help you, I will tell you what I can do if I can't, I will tell you that as well. I am licensed by the State of Illinois, The United States District Court, The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeal and I am a member of the Federal Trial Bar. There is no charge for an initial consultation.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties the worst thing you can do is ignore it. Ignoring the problem or tearing up the collection letters will not make the problem go away.
