Rosario Law Group, PLLC is growing, and I’m looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Real Estate Attorney to join our team in Westbury.

Every closing we handle is a milestone for someone: a first home, a growing family, a new chapter. Many of our clients feel most at ease walking through that process in their own language, and I want someone on our team who understands why that matters.

If you’re licensed in New York, experienced in handling transactions from contract to closing, and looking for a firm where your growth is part of the plan, I’d love to hear from you.

The role is in person, with a base salary of $65,000 to $85,000 plus closing bonuses, origination compensation, and real room to grow.

This is me going all in for 225 kids in the Dominican Republic. $50 is all it takes to send one child back to school fully supplied. We leave in a month and I need your help to get there.

Every August, we pack up and fly to La Descubierta, Dominican Republic to make sure 225 kids walk into their first day of school with everything they need to learn.

This year we’re raising $7,500. $50 sponsors one child completely. Every dollar goes directly to school supplies.

We leave in August. Help us get these kids ready to learn.

A buyer gets their contract, feels overwhelmed, and turns to the person they trust most. Their agent. And the agent, trying to be helpful, takes a look and says “seems fine to me.”

It comes from a good place. But in New York, that crosses a legal line most agents don’t even know exists.

Reviewing a contract and advising a client on it is practicing law. That’s not a risk worth taking.
