Nichols, DeLisle & Lightholder is extremely happy to announce that Rhode Island has passed the Uniform Parentage Act (65-1), which finally helps provide a clear path to parentage for same-sex couples and people using assisted reproductive technology! This is a big win for all R.I. families.
