Congratulations to my move-up buyers on closing on their new home last week! 🏡

They were already preapproved with another lender when Realtor Sheng Yang, Central Mass Real Estate suggested they give me a call. After reviewing their options, I was able to offer more attractive terms, and from application to closing, everything went smoothly!

The takeaway? Who you work with matters. Working with a local lender means having someone who knows the market, communicates with all parties, and is available when you need them. That makes a difference for everyone involved!
