Closed!! 🎉

I got to help Jimbo & Susan sell their house in West AND represent them on the purchase of their new house in Hillsboro!

Jimbo built the house — BS… Before Susan 😂 — and they’ve lived there happily for the last several years. But they decided it was time for a change and made the 15-minute move down I-35 to Hillsboro. Their new place has a really cool room for Jimbo to watch football, a dedicated office for Susan, and a fun room for the grandkids to play and have their own space. They’re close to the golf course and country club. They are loving it! They’re also so happy to have sold their West home to a young family who is new to town. I’m excited to welcome the Wheat family to West and know they’re going to love it here. Just in time for Halloween- IYKYK, West is a good time on Halloween night! We may or may not have left out how much candy they'll need to purchase for trick or treaters 🤣

So thankful to the Machacs for trusting me to help them with both the sale and the purchase! Can't wait to come see the new house with all the improvements you've already made!

A couple weeks late, but I loved getting to work with these people! ❤️

Story time: About 5 years ago, I represented the seller on a property where the buyers were moving here from Colorado. They were such a fun couple, and I really enjoyed getting to work with them. Fast forward a few years… their aunt Janelle & uncle Buck decided to make the move to Texas, and they referred them to me. We got them in a gorgeous home & now Janelle’s sister, Crystal, and her husband Bryan decided to make the move too!
We just closed on their new place — unfortunately for Bryan, right before elk season opens in Colorado 😂

We were able to negotiate $15,000 in seller concessions, full foundation repair, AND $29,900 off the sales price. 🙌🏼
