Derek made the entire process seamless. I had reached out to him as an IFA recommended lender/president's club member. We wanted the best and we got it! From our very first communication, he was thorough, answered our questions, and kept the process moving along. I set a high bar of finding a house in a week, closing in a month, while also relocating our family, in the midst of my husband's new relocation position. Derek rose to the challenge and got it done. I would recommend his services to first time and experienced buyers alike. Thank you for helping our family buy our first home!
