Things have been so busy that it has been a while since the last update to this page. I am going to try to dedicate more time to it in the coming months.

Supply is still limited; do not lose patience and rush into something you may regret. I have helped several clients acquire properties that were not listed on the MLS. If you have a property type you want and there is not one on the market, call me I will dig in and go find you one. A few off-market deals that my clients have obtained include live work options (live upstairs work downstairs), office buildings, strip centers, former veterinarian buildings, rental houses, raw land and more.
