Justice Served! For almost two years attorneys and stood by this strong and resilient client who was falsely accused of a heinous and sensational crime - sexually abusing her own boys for profit.
The allegations originated from her vindictive and jealous ex, born out of a custody dispute. Sadly, the criminal justice system is too often weaponized by one parent against another in the midst of family conflict.
Our team never wavered from our belief in her innocence, even as she was vilified in the press. Last week, on the eve of a trial where the truth would finally come out, the State Attorney’s Office dismissed all charges.
We will continue to fight for this client as she turns her attention to saving her boys, and we are committed to holding law enforcement accountable for an arrest that never should have occurred.
