I have done a lot of things in legal field as a Brazilian lawyer, my background have expanded after I have learned about Common Law system, which one has mechanism more responsive than Civil Law System, however now it is time to share my insight regarding to Business Associations and Corporate Compliance.
I have been planning to write my reflection based on the statutory related to Corporation law as microeconomic resource for the world globalized and concomitant I keep studying up my program for California Bar exam. I am going to write it regularly, despite my work and personal tasks, please feel free to share your thoughts in order to help me achieve my writting aim.
Fiz muitas coisas no campo jurídico como advogado brasileiro; minha formação se expandiu depois que aprendi sobre o sistema Common Law, que possui um mecanismo de resposta mais imediato do que o sistema Civil Law; no entanto, agora é hora de compartilhar minha visão sobre Direito Empresarial e Compliance Regulaçäo.
Estou planejando escrever minha reflexão com base na lei codificada , relacionado à legislação societária como recurso microeconômico para o mundo globalizado e concomitante, continuo estudando meu programa para o exame da Ordem dos Advogados da Califórnia. Vou escrever regularmente, apesar do meu trabalho e tarefas pessoais, sinta-se à vontade para compartilhar seus pensamentos, a fim de me ajudar a alcançar meu objetivo de escrita.

Reuben Clark Law Society, defend the right of the confectioner who, for religious reasons refused to order a cake for homos*xual couples. This type of excuse in my opinion does not bring civil harm to the couple, it is not essential service and can be found elsewhere.

Após publicação da relevante matéria, segue minha reflexão quanto ao assunto que ainda é uma celeuma no Brasil,que não possui leis que tutelam o casamento de pessoas do mesmo s*xo, porém uma resolução do CNJ de 2013, recomendou que todos os cartórios realizassem o casamento homo afetivo. Por ser um pais laico,ou seja,a religião não interfere na vida civil do pais,as pessoas tem o direito de agir de acordo com suas convicções religiosas,desde que, não as use para prática de atos ilícitos. A sociedade jurídica brasileira aguarda ansiosa pela decisão do caso sem precedências no Brasil.Eu como adepta da Liberdade Religiosa,que são crenças gravadas no foro intimo das pessoas, como membro da J. Reuben Clark Law Society, defendo o direito do confeiteiro que, por razões religiosas se recusou à encomenda de um bolo por casais homoss*xuais. Esse tipo de escusa na minha opinião não traz prejuízo de nível civil para o casal, não se trata de serviço essencial e pode ser encontrado em outro lugar.
