That’s why I do this work with purpose and compassion. Yes, the law requires due process, discretion, and proportionality. But it also requires humanity.

My first answer: NO—not until your immigration attorney reviews your specific situation.

Yes, Hawaii is domestic travel. But if you are in removal proceedings, that does not mean you should simply buy a ticket and hope for the best.

Your identification, immigration history, court status, supervision conditions, and any outstanding orders can completely change the risk.

Before booking:

❌ Don’t rely on a friend’s experience.
❌ Don’t trust random advice online.
❌ Don’t assume domestic travel is automatically risk-free.

✅ Let your immigration attorney evaluate your case first.

A Corte Federal decidiu que muitos imigrantes presos pelo ICE podem ter direito a uma AUDIÊNCIA DE FIANÇA perante um Juiz de Imigração. ⚖️

❗IMPORTANTE:
Isso NÃO significa que todos serão soltos.

O Juiz ainda pode negar a fiança se acreditar que a pessoa representa risco de fuga ou perigo.

MAS… isso é uma GRANDE vitória. 🙏

Porque o governo NÃO pode simplesmente manter certas pessoas presas automaticamente, sem oportunidade de pedir liberdade.
