At the Fair Housing Project, equality also means ensuring women and families have the opportunity to choose where they call home free from discrimination.

Today, we celebrate progress while continuing the work of opening doors, protecting rights, and building opportunities for all.

Protect Your Home and Legacy: Free Legal Help for Eligible Homeowners in Palm Beach County

The goal of the Heirs’ Property Family Wealth Protection Fund project is to preserve generational wealth and promote community stability by providing legal services to eligible homeowners, such as the creation of estate plans, wills, deeds, and the clearing of tangled property titles. All services will be 100% free of cost to eligible property owners.

WHEN: Services will be available through September 30, 2026, or until funds are expended, whichever occurs first.
